Requirements 5+ years’ field experience (must provide references) Civil construction background required (paving, grading, site concrete, demolition) Forming and finishing concrete OSHA safety certification a plus Prior experience dealing with site inspectors and following construction guidelines Experienced in military projects a plus Duties/Responsibilities We are seeking concrete finishers who can form, pour, and finish concrete Experienced Finishers, form setters, and laborers Develop a knowledge of project plans and specifications Protect company from improper ‘At-Risk’ activities, especially monitoring adherence to all safety procedures Build camaraderie with your co-workers Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance bonuses based on outstanding job achievement Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Hourly Rate is USD $28-55/hour Experience Level 5+ Years,Education is Required, Employee Job Status is Full Time Benefits Medical HMO, Vision, Dental + you will be joining a growing, profitable construction company About The Company Command Performance Constructors is a leading Southern California-based construction firm founded in 1996.
