Job Description\n First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Akron, Ohio.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Psychiatric\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 09/21/2026\n Duration: 10 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Geriatric Psychiatric (Gero-Psych) Registered Nurse – Night Shift\n \n Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week\n \n Scheduling Policy: No block schedule requests accepted.\n \n On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required (NO CALL).\n Floating Protocol: Floating required within scope of practice; candidates must be willing to float to Med-Surg units as helping hands.\n Requested Time Off (RTO) Policy [HARDSTOP]: Maximum 7 days of RTO allowed; NO RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of assignment. Candidates with >7 days of RTO will be automatically rejected.\n \n Submission Interview Mandate: Specific interview availability dates and times must be entered in EII upon submission to be considered.\n \n Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]\n \n Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical RN experience (dedicated Gero-Psych or Psych experience).\n Education Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Must have graduated from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program.\n EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR within the last 1 year is mandatory.
