Portfolio/Investment Compliance Officer

Our client, a prominent hedge fund, is looking to hire a compliance officer to support their investment guideline compliance program.

Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio compliance across a broad and expanding global investment platform, ensuring effective oversight of investment activities.
- Interpret investment restrictions, client mandates, and regulatory standards, translating requirements into practical compliance parameters and controls.
- Direct ongoing pre- and post-trade surveillance for designated portfolios to ensure compliance with applicable investment guidelines and regulatory obligations.
- Investigate compliance breaches and monitoring alerts, determine appropriate resolutions, and escalate significant matters with recommendations for remediation.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and testing of compliance rules within monitoring platforms to ensure accurate and reliable oversight. xhyhwjd
- Evaluate existing compliance processes and controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement enhancements to strengthen the overall control framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of compliance experience
- Experience with a fund supporting investment guidelines
