Manufactured Home Service Technician

Cedar Creek Homes is a locally owned business in Columbia, Missouri, specializing in the sales, installation, and service of quality modular and manufactured homes. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Manufactured Home Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Experience with manufactured home set-up, finish work, or service is a plus, but it is not required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. If you have strong handyman skills, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on manufactured and modular homes.

• Diagnose and repair common warranty and service-related issues.

• Respond promptly to customer service requests.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete service calls.

Qualifications:

• General handyman, carpentry, or maintenance experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, or trim work is a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
