Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities in skilled nursing facilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Document patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Travel between three SNF locations in North Dakota to provide consistent care
Qualifications
- Current and active North Dakota Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an SNF or rehab setting
- Ability to travel between Larimore, Lakota, and Park River, ND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric rehabilitation
- Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
- Knowledge of Medicare and insurance billing guidelines
- Skill in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
