Responsibilities Oversee the delivery and management of diverse operational resilience and cybersecurity engagements to include cyber continuity across multiple industries and team members, ensuring the production of high-quality work that meets client expectations. Manage and expand key client accounts and relationships to drive the transformation of clients' operational resilience and cybersecurity agendas. Communicate effectively with client management and project leaders to build and maintain strong client relationships. Cultivate deep client relationships to consistently exceed satisfaction levels. Support new business development activities as outlined in the goal-setting process. Conduct operational resilience and cybersecurity governance and compliance assessments against various regulatory and industry standards, including but not limited to the FFIEC, FINRA, DORA, NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST CSF, Privacy, and Cyber Resilience. Assist clients in designing and implementing cyber continuity and cybersecurity remediation strategies to enhance the overall maturity of their cyber resilience programs by identifying suitable downtime procedures, technologies, policies, and organizational structures. Clearly articulate findings, observations and recommendations to senior management and clients, both in writing and verbally. Identify and recommend project improvement opportunities for assigned clients. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, emergency management (or related field), information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited institution. 5+ years of relevant experience in operational resilience, business continuity, emergency preparedness and response, or equivalent academic experience with an advanced degree. Certifications in business continuity, such as CBCP, ACBP or cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Willingness to travel up to 30% to client sites for various engagements. Technical expertise and the ability to discuss topics in one or more of the following areas: continuity strategies related to a cyber event, IT governance and risk management, third-party management, incident response, and standard network and IT security components. Familiarity with key compliance standards and regulations, such as FFIEC, FINRA, DORA, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, NIST CSF. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in a professional services firm, large consultancy, or similar environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, especially with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Preferred, but not required - one or more relevant certifications such as Offensive Security Web Assessor (OSWA), Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Burp Suite Certified Practitioner, or AWS Certified Security Specialist.
