Gastroenterology Health & Science Specialist - Miami, FL

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive gastroenterology product launch and growth through compliant customer relationships, promotional execution, and access support in the Miami area.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions with healthcare providers
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with HCPs and office staff across assigned accounts
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate product use
• Support patient access by providing reimbursement information and co-pay assistance resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all account locations
• Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales experience in gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes
• Experience with digital tools (Veeva Engage, Teams) and key opinion leader engagement

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
