If you enjoy being part of something special in our strong cultural and spirited environment, then bring your energy and come grow with us!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Monitors sales growth and cost control of the location against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure that profit goals are met.Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyaltyPresents a consistent and professional image of the location and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing, sales programs, and following appropriate guidelines.Builds location sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.Interacts with Crew Members and customers with a positive and engaging attitude.Prepares ingredients for our food.Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the location.Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the location.Qualifications:Education: High school degree or equivalentExperience: 1+ years QSR experience preferredExperience in training and developing team members.Must have reliable transportationExcellent menu and product knowledgeDesire to improve self and skill setsEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house.Physical Requirements:Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shiftParticipate in all Jersey Mike's training programsSchedule:Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.Ability to work up to a 45-hour work week
