Calibration Technician

This position supports pharmaceutical manufacturing operations through calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, and flow systems. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with facilities teams while adhering to cGMP standards. A night shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 10pm–8:30am) is required after an initial training period, with experience ranging from 2–8+ years depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical instruments
• Perform loop checks, troubleshoot, tune, and start up instrumentation systems
• Execute work orders and preventive maintenance with documentation
• Work with medium and low voltage electrical systems and plumbing tasks
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs while maintaining manufacturing equipment safely

Requirements

• AAS degree in Engineering or Construction Technologies preferred
• 2-8+ years related maintenance experience depending on level
• High school diploma or GED with 5-8+ years experience acceptable
• ISA CCST Certification strongly preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and computer systems familiarity
• Willingness to work Sunday-Thursday 10pm-8:30am shift

Compensation: $24.76 - $52.88 hourly
