Machine operator Shavings baler experience required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator with experience in operating shavings balers to join our team on a night shift basis. This role involves manually controlling machinery, performing daily maintenance and cleaning, and working independently to ensure efficient and safe machine operation.

Responsibilities

Operate shavings baler machinery manually with precision and care
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Monitor machinery for any malfunctions or safety concerns during night shifts
Maintain quality control standards throughout the baling process
Adhere strictly to safety compliance protocols in the workplace
Work independently to meet production goals on a night shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience in machine operation
Familiarity with machine operation and manual control systems
Strong understanding of safety compliance in industrial settings
Experience with quality control processes
Ability to work effectively alone and manage time efficiently
