This role requires a management and operations background, a passion for dogs, and the ability to deliver and train others to maintain top customer service and a great environment for the dogs in our care. Customer Service and Presentation Practice the 3 Ss (smile, story and satisfaction) Always find new ways to improve the Meet & Greet tour scripts Conduct walk‑in and scheduled tours of the facility Complete pet parent’s new client forms Be knowledgeable on pricing and services Respond to web inquiries as soon as possible but within one business day Answer all questions / concerns / complaints with urgency and care Assist with customer check‑in and check‑out Assist with appointment setups Strive for high customer review ratings!
