Job Description Japanese real estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent / Asset Manager to join our team in Dallas. This full-time role involves managing residential properties and supporting asset management operations, with a strong emphasis on client service and cross-cultural communication. Candidates with prior experience in real estate—either in Japan or the U.S.—will be highly valued. Location: Plano, TX Work Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Onsite Qualifications MUST have fluent Japanese skills and a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and values Practical experience in the real estate industry (Japan or U.S.) Holder of a valid U.S. Realtor license (not required but preferred) Based in Dallas, TX (not required but preferred) Bilingual in Japanese and English Valid driver’s license (vehicle use required for property visits and client meetings) Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules and property showings Experience in apartment and property asset management (AM) and property management (PM) Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized as immediate contributors.
