Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
Must-Have: Experience in simulation. Experience creating immobilization devices and explaining procedures.
Description: All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. The department performs CT simulations for radiation treatment planning purposes. The average number of scans/studies performed per day varies from 1-3. The department uses CERNER and ECLIPSE for EMR and PACS. Department-specific equipment includes a Philips Big Bore. There are no additional roles or floating to other areas required. There is no requirement to start IVs. Self-scheduling, as well as block parts of the schedule for simulations, are allowed. No weeknight, call, or weekend requirements. No additional dress code specifics required for scrub attire. Department-specific orientation is approximately one week and may vary.
