Join our team as a Sr Professional Supply Management.Job Summary: This position will lead and support indirect sourcing, contracting, and procurement strategies across multiple indirect categories. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.Experience Requirements: Required Minimum of 5 years of related experience Sourcing and category management experience with demonstrated ownership of category strategies, supplier market analysis, stakeholder governance, demand management, and value creation. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and cost targets Track record of identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities as well as broader value levers, including cost avoidance, total cost of ownership improvement, risk mitigation, supplier innovation, and working capital improvement. Exposure to a global supply base.Skills: Works independently, needing guidance only on the most complex situations. Able to lead enterprise initiatives and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
