Job Title: Resort Houseman

Location: Scpttsdale

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends and Holidays Required

Pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour

Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Resort Houseman to join our hospitality team. The Houseman plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience throughout the resort. This position supports the housekeeping department by ensuring public areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming while assisting room attendants and responding to guest requests.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resort public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and outdoor guest spaces.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies.
• Remove trash and replace liners throughout the property.
• Set up and arrange furniture, meeting rooms, and event spaces as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies and services.
• Deep clean designated areas and assist with special projects.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged property to management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and resort standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or resort experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing stairs.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
