Infusion Nurse II: In-Home Care & Teaching

Option Care Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. You will work under supervision and ensure patient safety and continuity of care. Active RN licensure and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience are required, with CPR certification.
