Farmers Insurance is expanding throughout the Phoenix Metro and is looking for accomplished sales and business professionals ready to build, lead, and grow.

This opportunity is designed for individuals with a strong background in sales, business development, insurance, financial services or leadership who want greater control over their income and career trajectory.

You will develop business, build client relationships, grow a team and establish a substantial long-term insurance practice with the training, resources and support of Farmers Insurance and District 88-19.

What You’ll Build

• Build and grow a profitable insurance agency

• Recruit, train, and lead a sales team

• Develop new customers through leads, referrals, networking, and marketing

• Create relationships with local businesses, Realtors, mortgage professionals, auto dealers, and other referral partners

• Set sales goals and manage agency performance

• Build a strong customer retention and referral strategy

• Use modern CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology to scale your business

• Develop a long-term growth plan for your agency

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing

• Build long-term relationships with personal and commercial insurance customers

• Create referral partnerships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, financial professionals, business owners, auto dealers, and other local professionals

• Manage sales activity and performance goals

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows

• Use CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology to increase productivity and conversion

• Build strong retention, cross-sell, and referral strategies

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven success in sales, business development, insurance, financial services, mortgage, real estate, automotive, or another performance-driven field

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop professional referral relationships

• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward measurable goals

• Leadership ability and an interest in building and developing a team

• Strong business judgment and accountability

• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing, and modern sales technology

• Ability to obtain and maintain required Arizona insurance licenses and company appointments
