Loader/Unloader

(Matthews, NC): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Temporary Unloader to work as part of a team unloading shipping containers of blinds and assisting with warehouse organization. Essential Duties Unload blinds and related materials from shipping containers safely and efficiently Work collaboratively with team members to complete unloading assignments Organize and stage materials within the warehouse Inspect products for visible damage during unloading Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Requirements/Skills Previous warehouse or unloading experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Forklift experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Capability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Equal Opportunity Statement Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
