Financial Analyst 2

Responsibilities Using Oracle, design reports, map accounts, develop JVs, run various systems assigning department charges Analyzing spending variances Develop activity and cost projections for production and lab centers Determine manpower, salary and fringe expenses by salary groups Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Prior experience with Oracle, Syteline software Demonstrated organizational skills Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required Knowledge and Training B.S. in Business/Accounting and two years financial reporting and/or budgets Equivalent experience of six years in financial reporting and/or budgets in a manufacturing environment Strong skills and knowledge of accounting theory and application of financial principles Physical requirements Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment Must be able to lift 50lbs. when needed Constantly stand and walk throughout the workday It is required to stand, walk & reach with hands & arms Good coordination to operate several controls simultaneously Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Frequently reach with hands and arms; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel material Constant requirement of specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
