Mechanical Engineer
Beacon Engineering Resources
Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment using CAD software. Create engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Perform calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs and ensure reliability. Conduct prototype testing, troubleshooting, and product validation. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to support production and implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Support maintenance and optimization of existing mechanical systems. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities. Communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA. Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with engineering calculations, testing methods, and problem-solving techniques.
