Our services include diabetic foot care, routine podiatry, wound care, limb preservation support, diabetic footwear coordination, and treatment of a broad range of foot and ankle conditions.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to join our expanding California team.
This role is available as either full-time or part-time and offers strong clinical autonomy with robust operational support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently in the field while maintaining close communication with medical assistants, schedulers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform podiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
- Provide routine and medically necessary foot care services
- Evaluate and manage lower extremity wounds and chronic ulcers
- Develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate diabetic shoes, DME, and wound care supplies
- Complete accurate and compliant EHR documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Travel throughout the San Diego service territory
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Leadership, program development, and regional clinical oversight opportunities may be available for experienced candidates
Qualifications
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
- Active California podiatry license
- Wound care experience strongly preferred
- Mobile medicine, SNF, ALF, or home-based care experience preferred
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
