Clinic Nurse Lead

Salary range: $125,000.00 $130,000.00

Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Assigned Sites: Brooklyn, Queens, Lower Manhattan

We're looking for an experienced Clinic Nurse Lead to provide direct patient care, lead clinical teams, oversee daily clinic operations, and drive quality outcomes for older adults through compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments and triage.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients on chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns.
• Guide and support clinic staff and workflows.
• Manage patient flow and staffing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with providers, care coordinators, and care teams.
• Support quality improvement and clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

• Active New York State RN license.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Leadership or staff coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Valid NY driver's license preferred.
