Essential Responsibilities:

• Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship , where you will be placed in a project assignment within a specific functional area, such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Financial Analyst, Finance Operations, Program Finance, or Pricing & Estimating
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills
• Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Internships are available within our six business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, and Textron Inc.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
