Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities: • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Compensation: $42,500
