Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting Comprehensive Inspections : Inspecting the interior, exterior, attics, and crawlspaces of residential properties to identify pest or termite activity and structural vulnerabilities. Consultative Selling : Presenting detailed findings to homeowners, explaining the risks, and recommending customized, comprehensive pest control and prevention programs. Closing Deals : Achieving and exceeding monthly sales quotas by actively prospecting, following up on company‑provided warm leads, and generating your own referrals. Building Relationships : Providing exceptional customer service to build trust, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster long‑term relationships. Collaborating : Working closely with our highly trained Service Technicians to ensure seamless delivery of the services you sell. What We’re Looking For Character : First and foremost, we seek individuals who possess high moral standards and have a desire to help people. Sales Drive : Proven experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or a strong desire to learn and succeed in a commission‑driven environment. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You must be comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical information in an easy‑to‑understand way. Physical Stamina : The ability to perform physical inspections. This includes walking, climbing ladders, and comfortably navigating tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Independence : Highly organized, self‑disciplined, and capable of managing your own daily schedule out in the field. Requirements : A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
