Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology

Registered Nurse – Oncology Clinic

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 06:30 - 17:00.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks; 40 hours can be offered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Traveler experience accepted; first-time travelers welcome.
• Local candidates accepted with potential rate differences.
• Required: Surgical experience, outpatient experience, medical oncology experience, and triage experience.
• Certifications: BCLS is required; chemotherapy certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is a plus.
• Must bring own stethoscope.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient education and triage patient calls.
• Conduct assessments and assist with various procedures based on oncology specialization.
• Coordinate care and call results to patients.
• Maintain patient records and support daily operations of the clinic.
