We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in their work. Individuals must have 2+ years’ experience, can execute high-quality painting projects, have a strong attention to detail, and be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Meet project deadlines with exceptional results
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Can communicate effectively with contractors, designers, and clients in a professional manner
• Work well in a team setting
• Valid Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare work site and surfaces for finish by covering windows, doors, carpet, furniture, etc.
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by masking, scraping, sanding
• Proficient in brushing, rolling and spraying is preferred
• Ability to paint surfaces according to instruction
• Provides excellent customer services by addressing clients’ needs and specifications
• Adhere to health and safety precautions

Skills

• Coachable and willing to learn
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Can properly use tools (brushes, caulking guns, pressure washer, etc.)
• Familiar with working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
• Strong attention to detail
