That’s why we need you, a strategic planning, security, and policy specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.As a cyber strategic planning and policy specialist on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of your client’s current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. The world can’t wait.You Have:10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, supply chain, or risk management effortsExperience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence or material, such as supporting organization level policies, strategies, or guidance, to support decision-makingKnowledge of DoD and interagency cybersecurity policy and governanceAbility to serve as an SME on the cybersecurity program within the DoDTop Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity fieldCISSP or CISM CertificationNice If You Have:Experience with supporting DoD-level organizations, including Action Officer duties and staffing processes or toolsExperience facilitating meetings, such as working groups and conferences, and associated pre and post meeting activitiesKnowledge of NIST 800 series publicationsKnowledge of Joint instructions and manualsKnowledge of DoD policy around non-traditional IT Cybersecurity, including supply chain risk managementPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
