Showing Assistant- Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team

Summary

The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Showing Assistant to assist our Buyer Agents and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will manage and conduct property showings, gather valuable client feedback, and contribute to a seamless and positive home-buying experience.

Working in close partnership with our agents and operations team, you will acquire vital real estate knowledge and build the skills needed to progress into a full-time Buyer Agent position. This role is ideal for a highly organized person who enjoys interacting with clients and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
Support Buyer Agents by showing homes to clients.
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in daily script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
