Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the day-to-day AP function and lead a team of AP professionals. This role will manage the full-cycle AP process, ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payments, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support internal controls and process improvements. Lead and oversee daily accounts payable operations and staff Manage full-cycle AP, including invoice processing, approvals, reconciliations, and payments Review AP aging and resolve discrepancies and vendor issues Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and controls Support month-end close and AP reporting Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency Requirements 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience 2+ years of AP leadership or management experienceExperience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP and accounting processes Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team leadership abilities The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
