Exciting Opportunity for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners in the Charlotte Area!!

We're thrilled to offer an immediate full-time opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established Level III NICU team at CaroMont Regional Medical Center , located in the vibrant Charlotte suburb of Gastonia, NC .

Our 16-bed NICU , nationally recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a Luxury Birthplace , features a cutting-edge architectural design that supports single-room NICU and mother-baby care -a truly innovative and family-centered approach.

• Expansion in 2024 : CaroMont Health is growing! A second hospital is opening in nearby Belmont, NC , featuring a labor and delivery service and Level I newborn nursery .
• Collaborative Team : Work alongside 2 neonatologists and 5-6 NNPs , serving families across Gaston and surrounding counties .
• Robust Volume : Our NICU sees approximately 320 admissions and 1,900 births annually , with an average daily census of 10 .
• Diverse Clinical Experience : NNPs provide care in our Level III NICU and assist with coverage in the newborn nursery .

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
