OnSpot Dermatology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team for the 2027 winter season. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for an experienced dermatology provider looking to practice in Southwest Florida while enjoying exceptional weather and a flexible schedule.

This position will provide care throughout the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples markets from January 1, 2027 through April 30, 2027 , with the opportunity for extension or future seasonal employment.

Position Summary

The provider will independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of dermatologic conditions while delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• National certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of dermatology experience as a practicing provider
• Experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology required
• Comfortable performing:
  • Skin cancer screenings
  • Biopsies
  • Cryotherapy
  • Electrodessication & Curettage (ED&C)
  • Simple excisions and repairs
  • Cosmetic procedures including Botox and fillers preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Excellent documentation and EMR proficiency
• Ability to travel throughout the Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples service area
