Patient Experience Representative I

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Patient Experience Representative I to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team within Customer Service & Support. You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, managing check-in, registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and accurate data entry. You’ll respond to inquiries via phone and in person, resolve service issues, coordinate with clinical teams, and uphold service standards of safety, compassion, and confidentiality. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you will help ensure a smooth, positive care experience for every child and family we serve.
