Reimbursement and paid travel time: Mileage is reimbursed for employees driving themselves in their own vehicle. Travel time is paid to and from all service stops (door to door).Driver qualifications: If you are driving yourself, you must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage. Required insurance coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage per accident.Personal smartphone with an active service plan (biweekly stipend provided to help cover cost)Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including: downloading and using several company applications and websites on your smartphone, connecting to Wi-Fi networks, completing reports and forms, uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files), using email and two-factor authentication, texting, phone and video calls with management and fellow employeesStrong communication and organizational skillsProfessional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customersPhysical Requirements: This is an active role and requires:Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequentlyPerform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as neededFrequent bending and stoopingOccasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelvesUse of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelvingStanding and walking for extended periods of timeFine motor skills (such as applying pricing labels, hanging up pegged items, placing signage and other small fixtures)A Drug-Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity EmployerWe use E-Verify to confirm work authorization / eligibility for all hires.Excell Brands employees are prohibited from purchasing Excell products from any Excell-serviced retailer directly or indirectly.
