This is a performance-driven role where your work ethic directly controls your income. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community. You will:Approach and speak directly with homeownersIntroduce our professional pest control solutionsBuild trust and educate customersCreate and close service agreementsHelp families protect their homes from pestsYou'll receive full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed—even if you've never done outside sales before. Daily responsibilities include:Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoodsDeliver confident, professional sales presentationsCustomize solutions based on customer needsOvercome objections and close salesEnter activity and sales into our CRMAttend training, meetings, and coaching sessionsRepresent the company with integrity and professionalismWho we're looking for: You do not need pest control experience—we train the right people.
