Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock and no current placement allowed at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Additional Details:

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Level 1 experience or comparable Level 2 experience (in a larger city/large bed size).

Shift & Scheduling:

3x12 7a-7:30p/11a-:30p or 4x10 7a-5:30p/11a-9:30p

Off Shift/On-Call Requirement: 4 – 5 shift obligations (shift/on-call) different from scheduled daily shifts per 13-week contract. xxajxew May be weekday night (shift/on-call), weekend day/night (shift/on-call).

7 days maximum time off

2 references required

Proof of identification required for submission

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C
