2nd Shift Assembler

AssemblerWe are seeking a dedicated Assembler. The role involves assembling sub-components and finished products, utilizing basic product and process knowledge.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fit metal products using hand and power tools.Operate hand and power tools as well as an overhead crane to build unitsEngage in fast-paced production and assembly work.Lift and fit products together, weighing 60lbs or more.Collaborate with a team member to fulfill daily product orders.Perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, standing, walking, and extending arms for extended periods.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and blueprints.Experience operating an overhead crane.Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly schematics.Capability to accurately use a tape measure.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is required within a specific time after conversion to a permanent role (Company offers a GED program).Physical ability to lift 50lbs or more (40lbs independently).Capability to regularly walk, sit, and reach for extended periods.Why Work Here?Join a company that values cleanliness and organization, offering a climate-controlled facility that adheres to the 5S methodology.
