Ocean County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is a modern and patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
