Do you love the craft of artisan bread baking? We're looking for an experienced Artisan Bread Baker to join a respected wholesale bakery that supplies handcrafted breads to many of the area's top restaurants, specialty markets, and grocery stores.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a baker with 2+ years of artisan bread experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working with high-quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and a team that takes pride in exceptional products.

What You'll Do

Mix, ferment, shape, score, and bake a variety of artisan breads
Work with naturally fermented and yeasted doughs
Monitor proofing, baking, and product quality to ensure consistency
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Collaborate with a skilled production team to meet daily production goals
Continuously refine techniques and contribute ideas for quality improvement

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of artisan bread baking experience
Experience working with handcrafted breads and traditional baking methods
Passion for baking and commitment to producing exceptional products
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
