What You'll Do:

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs during recovery.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective recovery.
• Delegate tasks to other care providers as appropriate and document interventions.
• Execute standards of nursing practice including planning and evaluation of patient care.
• Adjust care plans based on patient response and evolving clinical needs.
• Promote exceptional customer care and uphold safety standards.

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred, particularly in post-anesthesia or related settings
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
