Job Specifics:

The unit is a 23-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care Unit, caring for stable patients with conditions like sepsis, traumatic injuries, and neurological events. Candidate must have at least two years of experience in Stepdown, Intermediate Care, or PCU. Certification requirements include WI or compact RN registration, BLS, and ACLS through AHA or ARC. Flexibility, independence, and the ability to handle change are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
