The Role A hands-on, technical product leader who builds new products on top of Agave's infrastructure, owning the full arc from idea MVP production $1M+ ARR. What You'll Be Doing Define what gets built: synthesize signals from customers, PAs, AEs, and the market to set product direction, sequencing, and "why now." Lead cross-functional execution: work daily with PAs, engineers, and AEs from requirements through scoping, QA, launch, and customer rollout. Go deep on customers: work directly with construction companies to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and shape products people pay for. Set and drive the roadmap: prioritize ruthlessly across a portfolio of products; know what's worth building now vs. later.
