As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential non‑medical assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Create a safe and supportive environment for clients. Foster meaningful connections with clients by engaging in conversation and companionship. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Qualifications Compassionate provider: You genuinely care about the well‑being of others and are committed to making a positive impact. Professional experience: You have at least 3 years of verified professional experience working with the elderly. Background check: A clean criminal background record is required. References: Provide a minimum of 2 recent professional references (not friends or family). Driver’s license or state ID: You must have a valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID. Availability: Be prepared for flexible scheduling, including 7‑day shifts (12 hours each) from 7 am to 7 pm or 7 pm to 7 am. Benefits Weekly pay: Enjoy consistent pay on a weekly basis.
