Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianClariant is currently hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support the Catalyst business unit at the West Plant facility in Louisville, KY. The schedule operates on an 8-hour day shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). The hourly pay range for this position is $41.28–$45.20, with the starting rate determined based on qualifications, directly related experience, and overall fit for the role. Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a starting rate toward the higher end of the range. In addition, this position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, payable after four months of successful employment. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of the West Plant catalyst equipment and related industrial systems. This includes performing electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting motors and other production equipment, disassembling, realigning, and reinstalling components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
