Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a leadership role? Join our team at Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Health Care Center as a Full Time RN Supervisor for the Morning shift!

Meadow Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is actively seeking an RN Supervisor to manage our subacute unit.

As an RN Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Managing the individualized resident care by promoting and monitoring residents' health through the nursing process.
• Utilizes clinical resources in implementing patient care and provides rationale for patient care decisions.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve all residents' problems and needs
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients and their family members
• Monitoring residents' conditions and administering medication & treatments
• Supervising assigned team members.
• Completes Frequent Observations and the Intake/Outtake Record according to established protocols.
• Performs related duties, as required.

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NY
• Past experience working as an RN Supervisor in a Long Term Care Nursing Facility
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• BCLS, ACLS or PALS, required.
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
