Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• PALS certification
• 1+ year Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care experience
• Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using Servo U ventilator
• Experience with heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures
• Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation including biPAP and CPAP
• Neonatal skills including Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation

• Shift Hours: 1900-0700
• 12-hour shifts
• Documentation system: Epic
• Equipment used includes Servo U and Drager VN500, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy
• Required uniform color: Hunter Green
