Emergency Solutions is partnering with a Critical Access Hospital in Florida seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work alongside an engaged executive team and Board, helping guide the hospital through continued growth, operational improvements, and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, audits, tax, and financial planning
• Oversee revenue cycle and expense management, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial insight into new service lines and revenue growth opportunities
• Present financial performance and strategy to the Board of Directors
• Drive performance improvement initiatives across the organization
• Manage and mentor finance and support department leaders

What We're Looking For

• CFO or equivalent leadership experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Strong background in rural healthcare finance
• Proven experience with revenue cycle management and cash flow optimization
• Ability to lead through change and build strong internal relationships
• Experience in non-profit healthcare environments
• Strong communication skills with executive and Board-level presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related field)
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience with facility expansion, construction, or financing projects
