Respond to the subject project’s contractor correspondence with assistance from staff.Conduct all weekly construction progress meetings and other project related meetings.Assign CMC/DBPM inspectors to cover the work of the subject project(s) contractors when they are working on contract work. Assure inspector performance and documentation of CMC inspectors.Monitor subject project contractor’s compliance with its own safety programs and ensure that CMC/DBPM complies with the safety policies. Identify potential change issues, develop and track change notices, change orders, negotiate changes as described in the construction manual.Review, comment, and approve or disapprove inspector IDR’s, contractor progress payments, contractor construction schedules, NCR’s, and contractor safety and security certification submittals.Complete other client required contract close out procedures including the transition from construction to operations forms.Posting Date: 2026-03-09
