Past GM hires have included high performing Veterans with strong leadership skills and next-level execution abilities. You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business. You will be supported by regional presidents, partner services teams that work at the holding company level, and adjacent business CEOs.

Additional primary responsibilities will include:

1. Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions that occur in your market area
2. Hiring and managing business leaders within your company
3. Partnering with peer CEOs to ensure that best practices are shared across the full platform
4. Working with peers and leadership to share best practices
5. Execute "green field" growth

Your professional qualifications:

1. 5+ years post-military experience of demonstrated P&L ownership and growth
