Practice & Position OverviewAdvanced Dental Implant and TMJ Center is a growing, technology-driven specialty practice focused on periodontics, implant and full-arch dentistry. The practice currently operates out of an 8-operatory, 8,000-square-foot facility in Southaven and is actively expanding, with additional space being added to the current office and a future Memphis location already in development.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.The team is seeking a Periodontist who is passionate about patient care, surgery, and long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in growing with the practice long-term and pursuing a future partnership opportunity. Both experienced doctors and new graduates will be considered, with mentorship available directly from Dr. Adatrow. Experienced candidates may have an accelerated path toward partnership.The practice utilizes advanced digital workflows, in-house 3D printing, and Straumann implant systems. As the only Platinum Straumann provider in the region, the team has built an outstanding reputation for patient care, customer service, and clinical excellence, supported by an experienced staff and strong referral base. xhyhwjd Key ResponsibilitiesPerform periodontal and implant-related surgical proceduresConduct implant consultations and treatment planningCollaborate with the restorative team on full-arch casesProvide post-operative care and follow-upUtilize advanced digital workflows and technologyQualificationsDMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental schoolCompletion of an accredited Periodontics residency programPeriodontal certification requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for patient care and implant dentistrySchedule4–5 days per weekAdditional clinical days available if desiredCompensation & Opportunity HighlightsCompensation structure includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $350,000+, plus a percentage of collections.Partnership and ownership opportunities availableMentorship from an experienced implant-focused clinicianAdvanced digital technology and in-house lab capabilities
